I have enjoyed you speaking at the last two USANA international conventions and have heard comments from others that your speach was most helpful for their business. I'm sure glad that you tape your conference calls as it's not always possible for me to hear them live. I usually listen to each at least twice before the next one replaces it. I'm thankful for your archives of written material concerning these calls and wouldn't mind if you could store the calls as well; I know I would go back to them as needed--my retention is not as great as I would like.
