The app we currently recommend for viewing video on portable devices is Puffin. This is not a one size fits all for viewing, but it is the one we found that works the best at this time.
What if I want to work in hispanic market… Do this tools have other than english languajes available?
Hi Jesus, we do not yet have this product available in spanish, but as we progress, if there are enough requests for that language, we can work on development of it.

if we get enough requests for this feature, we could get it into development.
I agree, text messaging is the way to go! Please, please add text messaging to the system..
Yes I also want to have a text message autoresponder type. Because most of the people now checks more text messages than email.
Text Messages are the way to reach the younger crowd of say 20 to 40 year olds. Please incorporate text messaging into the system. Please!.
What do I need to do if at the end of the 30 days trial I have decided it’s not for me? Any fees to shed? Otherwise, would I be able to downgrade from Premier to Pro or Basic? Will there be any fees to pay in doing so? Will I get assistance and support considering I’m in the UK? Thank you
Hi Albert, if you should decide that this isn’t for you, you can easily cancel your subscription from inside the system itself with a simple click. As regards upgrading and downgrading it is also done from inside the system and is very easy. Yes, assistance and support are available to you no matter what country you are in. Also, take advantage of the refer 3 program and you can have the system at no cost to you whatsoever.
I already have an MLM Brilliance account. However, I want to downgrade my account from Premier to Basic for now. May upgrade later. What should I do?
Hi Akwasi, you can downgrade from within the system itself, if you are not able to find out how to do this, please contact our support dept. Support@FirstClassMLMTools.com. Also, if you would like to learn more about the features in the premiere or pro version and how to utilize them fully, please contact our Support Rep Steve, who is available on chat. He can be of assistance to you as well.
Is there a version in german language?
Hi Juergen, we don’t yet have a version available in German, however if we get enough requests in for a certain language we can get development under way.
What if I already have the mlm brilliance basic site and I want to try the mlm brilliance premier site,
do I still get the free 30 trial period for the mlm brilliance premier site?
Hi Robert, your first 30 days are free no matter what version you start with and then upgrade to. I would certainly recommend upgrading to the premier in that 30 days so you can take advantage of all the features and get them prospecting for you. Also, you can contact Steve on our chat to get assistance with using some of those features.
Will we be responsible for coming up with our own material, i.e., blogs, product descriptions, our company information, etc?
Hi Judy, the system does have content in the form of landing pages and banners and auto responder series that you can send out to your prospects. However, there will still be content you would need to create on your own, like blog posts and product descriptions because these are specific to your company. It is not difficult to do and we have people in customer support that can show you how to upload your information into the system to help you get things rolling.

Hi Hamza, this is a recruiting and prospecting system that you can use no matter what company you may join, but it is not an mlm company itself. To sign up for the system, go to this page: http://www.promarketingsystem.net/BrilliantHome.aspx Just complete the form after choosing the program you want. I find most people are choosing either pro or premier if that helps.
Do you guys have any offline tools to market the BC sales funnel site? If so can you send a sample?
Hi Joe, currently we don’t have any offline tools for this purpose. But you can and should check back from time to time as we are always developing new products and tools.
